2016 was quite a year for Norwegian band Rohey.
The jazzy soul quartet immediately created a stir after appearing at last years Scandinavian Soul Music Awards in Sweden, and soon found themselves supporting Bernhoft on tour and performing for thousands.
The bands lead singer, Rohey Taalah, also recently won a talent award from Jazzfest - unquestionably a correct decision.
Now the band return to their crate-digging selections to produce their own version of the single - Apparently Nothing (1991) by UK band Young Disciples.
Above - is the first single from Liselotte's upcoming EP ‘A Paintbrush Unfold’- a fusion of the jazzy elements, soulful beats and melismatic vocals all wrapped in a colourful framework.
