Saturday, Monday ft. Julia Spada - Headshake

Written by

Although we don't know much about the Swedish group Saturday, Monday, we do recognize good sound when we hear it as well as the excellent vocals of Julia Spada. Julia’s currently listed in our 'Stars of Tomorrow,' but it looks like tomorrow is now for this Swedish soul singer.

The single 'Headshake' excites and grabs you from the very opening with echoing piano chords. The superb slo-mo video directed by Emile Rafael captures a multicultural group of Swedish youths in a world of personal problems and escapism, while Julia's vocals continue to drive you on with her distinct sound. Look out for this girl.

Headshake is released on Despotz Records.
