Fj (SWE) - Hon Kallar Mig Älskling

Written by

We're always searching for good new soul music, and so we were delighted to find FJ (not sure what that's an abbreviation for yet..) a new Swedish soul artist from Malmö, Sweden.

FJ has worked with artists such as Little Man, Grand Pee, etc. and is about to release his first solo project.

His first single is called Hon Kallar Mig Älskling (She calls me darling) and it's clearly a summer tune with all the vibes of a warm day. Hon Kallar Mig Älskling was written by FJ and produced by Francisco "Pancho" Ulloa with Andreas Andersson (Lide Najs) from Jungle Studio.

The video was made by Stellan Runge.

We sang the praises of Loidimo's debut track - Thousand Million Times, and we're about to sing them even louder now its matched with a good-looking video.

Directed by Teo Dimitriadis, the well-produced visuals highlight the song's quality, as we see Loidimo witness his lover's betrayal.

  • Paul Mac Innes - Crash & Burn
Swedish singer, Paul Mac Innes second single Crash & Burn is a soulful/pop fusion oozing impassioned emotion.

The bespectacled singer has gone back to the core of his music, and the result feels retro yet modern, almost with a ‘Bowiesque’ lyrical construction. Released with a rolling cassette video it also genuflects his love for nostalgia. He’s asking us to listen the way we used too.
