New Swedish band bring neo-soul twist

The debut release from Swedish band NEOHOLICS is a cover version of Happy by Pharrell Williams, injected with an excellent neo-soul twist.

The band members are Michael Fridh: Bass, Lead Vocal, Johan Björk: Keys, Backing Vocals, Edvin Hjertquist: Drums, and you can be assured that we’ll be following Neoholics from now on and suggest you do too!

    We haven’t heard from the Neoholics since 2015 and so its a welcome return for this Swedish band. The Neoholics drew immediate attention with their debut single, a Neo-soul/R&B cover version of Pharrell Williams - Happy and several funky follow up tracks.

    Now the band return to their crate-digging selections to produce their own version of the single - Apparently Nothing (1991) by UK band Young Disciples.
