Marie Dahlstrom - anymore.

Written by

We once described cryptofunk, indie-soul guru Dim Out as an artist 'who’s not released a ‘bad’ track yet.'

Also easily matching that description is Danish soul singer Marie Dahlstrom.

She really can't do anything wrong, and her new single - anymore. proves that.

Her ability to consistently produce quality soul music is nothing less than outstanding, and the gentle piano keys on her latest self-written creation are the perfect nest for Marie's soft vocals to lay on. It's yet another beautiful piece of soul music.

Don’t just take our word for it. Here's just some of the reactions so far:

anymore by Marie Dahlstrom

It’s interesting to note the ‘full stop’ after the title name.

It doesn’t fool us.

There really is no stopping Marie Dahlstrom!

Music doesn’t have to be heavily produced to evoke unbounded emotion and depth. Like a solo church choir singer, the tones don’t need to loud for the verbal echoes to reverb in an inner part of us - a part we call the soul.

Danish folk/soul singer, Emily Simbi, who has Haitian roots, touches on these feelings with her new delicate ballad - Walk with Me.
