The sun is blazing at the time of writing as Sweden reaches temperatures similar to the record-breaking levels of last summer (2018). Even the glass of ice-cold water beside me seems to be sweating.

Cocabona x Misha (F.U.N.C.) x Monma is a trio of Finnish urban producers who’ve combined forces on one collection of ideas. The ten-track album is an instrumental creation which flows seamlessly (if a bit briefly) with superfine guitar chords (Howl), and an assortment of percussions, samples and mellow tempos.
From the soda sweet horns of Searching, the angelic and dreamy glide of Moon, through to the deeper punch of Birds the album sets a chilled atmosphere of late-night gatherings under the glow of neon lights.
Without vocals, we’re asked to absorb the multi-layered tracks as a distraction-free accompaniment to life.
