Swedish singer/rapper Lazee releases a smooth R&B single/video Laying Awake. The single first dropped in 2017 and is now revived with a stylishly shot video.
Beneath his lyrics lays a integrated sample of Kool and the Gang’s track Summer Madness groove. It’s the magic carpet on which Lazee soul pleads of love glides and immediately takes Laying Awake into the Scandinavian soul R&B classic vaults.
A multi-talented artist we can only hope he continues his R&B sung releases.
