Discovering the joy of love, singer/songwriter Malu finds a passionate connection in her latest soul single, No Hearts.
Following her impressive debut single Polish, Danish artist Malu once again delivers a gorgeous soul track – mellow, well-written and cradled in the arms of her warm, creamy vocals.
In No Hearts, her words reveal the coming together of two souls without commitment, seeking a moment of pleasure.
“I have always been bad at not worrying and just being in the moment. To me, it sometimes feels as if the past and the future take up so much space in my head that there is no room for the present. In an age where everything is about being on your way to somewhere, ‘No Hearts’ is about allowing yourself to be in the now, not to second guess everything and to just be present with another human being – even if it is just for a moment” – Malu
However, ladies and gentlemen, Malu is guilty of releasing a stunning video of only half the song!!! The beautifully picturesque video (see top), which has a mattress floating on translucent water (how did they do that?), runs just 1:23 mins, compared to the songs’ full 3:20. Now, this is a crime!
I’m sure I’m not the only one who needs more Malu! A lot more!
