Mekdes is giving up on groovy new single / Lose A Minute

It’s been a good year for so far for soulful newcomer Mekdes and her latest single – Lose A Minute encapsulates her radiating feel-good vibes.

The young Danish neo-soul-star just won a competition as the most prominent Danish talents at a huge Danish festival called ”Smukfest”.  The prize was opening at the festival on the legendary and most significant stage – the Bøge Stage (Bøgenscenen).

The upbeat soul/pop single has the commercial elements to appeal from the first play with first-class production, a catchy chorus and Mekdes soulful vocals.

Word has it this track had an immediate reaction with people unable to stand still while she performed it. I can confirm that you can’t sit still either!

Mekdes is a singer with huge charm and feels destined to reach beyond the Danish borders. And Mekdes certainly isn’t giving up!
