Swedish born, London resident Cecilia Stalin releases her neo-soul/ jazz album I.AM. on a stylish, transparent vinyl.
The singers’ new album I.AM. is best described as an introspective journey and her most honest. Across the eight-tracks Cecilia invites you to a masterclass in vocal techniques and instrumentation. Always engaging it features contributors from all over the world from Joe Armon-Jones from London to Michele Limma (Ed Motta) in Sao Paulo to Soldan Bertrand in Chengdu.
“This album is all about exploring the many layers of me and my deepest darkness and light and acknowledging how important it is to be honest and open about where you are and feel”, explained Cecilia.
“My inspiration for this album is most definitely from Brahere people are blunt, openly expressing the true facts of their difficulties and it’s been so inspiring to see artists of all artforms take space and get seen.”

Over the past, several years’ LP sales have seen a resurgence and currently outselling CDs with a new young audience discovering the joys of collecting.
So many of our lives are a constant mix of multi-tasking, with a conveyer belt of digital music often used a background filler. As a result, we rarely take time to listen to music as the artist intended. Playing an LP requires time and attention and a vinyl record presents another tone and depth of listening. LP’s by independent artists also offer the opportunity to own an often limited edition item.
Cecilia continues “I’m such a vinyl lover that I couldn’t resist giving my fans an opportunity to enjoy this album on this incredible format!”
The cover artwork is designed by Cecilia, and the album includes all the lyrics to for the singer in you to join in!
