Danish/Senegalese singer Kinck has released her new single – Blind Spot.
Produced by London producer Greatness Jones (Giggs and Avelino) Blind Spot hits with sultry future R&B tones.
Kincks’ eyes are as captivating as the track in the equally hypnotic video directed by Ewa Mos. The smouldering singer sizzles with attitude – like an untamed version of Lion Babe.
About the song Kinck says, ”I wrote Blind Spot as the last step in healing after a destructive relationship. I was in a place where I could feel a change coming and my music was moving in a new direction. I just had this last wound that I needed to heal. What I had learned was to trust my instincts when it comes to love. I think when a relationship ends badly, we all question ourselves. For me, Blind Spot is my goodbye to that naive part of myself.”
Kinck currently splits her time between Los Angeles and her native city of Copenhagen, Denmark, and has artists such as Micha and Zapáta on her own record label.
A ‘Blind Spot’ usually relates to an area where an eye cannot see. Kinck is an artist you cannot and should not miss.
