Following her unmissable reworked, acoustic video of All Eye See – Rahwa releases – Lost, a new soul/R&B single.
In Rahwa’s words – ‘Unlike my otherwise quite introspective lyrics, LOST is just about having fun! Last summer, I felt such sadness after a wet ‘n wild summer that I closed my eyes, stood in front of the mic and pressed record.’
The Stockholm based singer continues to expand on the soulful and atmospheric sound of her debut EP All Eye See with a mellow groove using the ecstasy of a romance as a metaphor for missing those oh-too-short good times.
”It’s summer, you are out dancing, and someone catches your eye. You lose yourself in the adventure of a late-night summer fling. Lost is about those fleeting moments in life that are meant to be experienced then and there, with no attachment and with no deeper value than that of enjoyment.”
