Samson for President releases his new single
Today Swedish soul singer Samson for President returns with his new single ‘Sing for Your Love’. Samson’s debut album ‘Papa’s Old Piano’, released in 2012, was very well received, and rightfully nominated for best soul/R&B album at the Kingsize Awards.
The single ‘Sing for Your Love’ is the first release from his forthcoming album expected this autumn with ‘Sisyphus Stories’ a possible title.

In Greek mythology, Sisyphus was a king of Ephyra (now known as Corinth) punished for chronic deceitfulness and condemned to roll an immense boulder up a hill, only to watch it roll back down, and to repeat this action forever.
Perhaps this is a metaphor for the struggles Samson has himself faced as an artist? We’ll find out.
