Sounds Like Moving is the moniker of artist Mikael Norinder, and his new single – FIX has a dark retro vibe, contemporary in production and with the vocal warmth of soul.

Sounds Like Moving describes his music as Soul Punk – well-groomed brittle compositions with uncut dirt – and the description is unusual and accurate. Together with his musicians – The Kimonos, he’s forging a new direction intriguing and eclectic.

Sounds Like Moving has been active in the Stockholm soul scene since before this site launch in 2012. As a producer, rapper and solo artist, SLM  has worked with artists such as Kristin Amparo, Malena Uamba and has a continuous collaboration with Samson For President under the label Flowfree Productions.

In 2016 Sounds Like Moving released Sketches EP, a reconstruction of 60’s RnB and Soul sound through a more modern production and the music has been featured in several American series including “Lucifer” on Netflix.
