Bobby Oroza releases new smooth retro soul single / Deja Vu

The stylish Finnish soul singer, whose recently released video This Love Pt 1 is still being thoroughly enjoyed, has dropped his latest single – Deja Vu. Here he suffers the agonising feeling of repetition in his relationship.

Alongside the immaculate backing chords of Cold Diamond & Mink, the suave, retro-styled singers’ voice smoulders on this slow-cooking nugget. In the modern age of increasing pace, Bobby’s nostalgic style is an invitation to slow down and leisurely savour the vibe.

It always feels like an insult to stream this so a physical copy of his debut album can’t land soon enough. In the meantime, I shall prepare a fitting cocktail and selection of cigars to enjoy alongside.
