Since we discovered Rahwa’s 2019 superb release All Eye See (backtracking) we’ve been refreshing our inbox in the hope for notification of a new release and (unusually for us) our impatience was rewarded!
Rahwa’s single Missing U now gets a makeover with the Oskar Skarp Remix.
In 2011, Swedish producer Oskar Skarp helped establish the Scandinavian soul scene with his album Songs In The Tree of Life. The album featured an outstanding array of artists such as; Salem Al Fakir, Linn, Andy Pfeiler, Omar and many others at a time when the word soul was a forgotten word in Sweden.
Back behind the mixing desk, Oskar adds his spin to Missing U and injects a garage beat and dancefloor inducing production.
